DESCRIPTION:Join us at Brooklyn Law School for a conversation with the Art 
 Law Association (ALA) and Harvey Epstein on November 19th at 6pm.\n\n&nbsp
 \;\n\nThe discussion will span our beginnings as an “extra-legal” expe
 riment in reclaiming unused urban space\, and how we grew to be a resilien
 t fixture in the downtown arts\, punk music\, and and activist scenes.&nbs
 p\;\n\nThe panel will feature Gavin Marcus (our executive director)\, Vict
 oria Law (writer and photographer\, ABC No Rio Darkroom collective)\, and 
 Harvey Epstein (currently Assembly Member District 74\, soon City Council 
 District 2)\, moderated by Prof. Michael Haber (Community Development and 
 Movement Infrastructure Clinic). We will discuss the role of arts and cult
 ure\, the politics of urban space\, the existential threats facing arts or
