Saturday HardCore/Punk Matinee
For fifteen years ABC No Rio's Saturday Matinee has been run by a volunteer collective dedicated to providing an all-ages venue for the independent punk and hardcore music scene.
We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive scene where all can feel welcome and comfortable, regardless of race, gender or sexual identity. We do not book racist, sexist or homophobic bands.

Show Booking
To book your band for our Saturday Matinee simply send us a demo recording (practice, studio demo, released CD, whatever) along with a lyric sheet and the dates you are looking for or are available to play. Send your tape or CD by regular mail in an envelope. DO NOT SEND by Express Mail, UPS, or Federal Express.
About a week or two later (enough time for us to receive and listen to your demo) contact us by email or call and leave a message for us.
We book both local and touring bands. We book shows for Saturdays only. Doors open for our shows at 3:00pm and shows begin by 3:30 or 4:00pm.
